Please call us on 0116 431 0910 to register the emergency or any maintenance concerns and we will arrange for the appropriate actions to be taken,

Out of office hours

Please email the address below which is monitored whilst the office is closed.

The above email will be monitored during the closed periods but we will only respond to emergencies which are a genuine emergency and if one of the below cannot resolve the issue until we next open.

Please note if the following occurs please follow the appropriate course of action to try and minimize damage whilst the problem is being resolved.

Water Leak

Please turn off the water at the water mains (location can be found on your inventory) or you will see near to taps, toilets and appliances an isolation valve. Please take care of the property and where possible use buckets to capture any water from the leak.

Gas Leak

Please switch off the gas at the gas mains (Normally located next to the gas meter) and call National Grid on 0800 111 999

Electrical Safety Issues

If you suspect an unsafe electrical issue (i.e. sparking or the smell of burning) where power cannot be safely isolated please call Western Power on 0800 6783 105

Break-In

Please Call 999 immediately. Police will attend and arrange to secure the property. Any work that has been carried out to secure the property please send the invoice to us.
