Finding The Right Property
All our properties are on our website for you to view with a detailed description enabling you to see the property prior to any viewings. We also have a mailing list which we encourage you to join. You will then be advised of any new properties that maybe suitable for your needs.
If you wish to view any of our properties, please contact us either by phone or email and we will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements for you as soon as possible. The viewings will be accompanied by either Saxon Lettings or the Landlord of the property. Found My Perfect Property, How To Get The Keys
Once you have found your property we will contact the Landlord, then start the right to rent checks. You will then be asked for identification such as passport, employers details, previous Landlord and bank details. This information will then be used to complete full credit and reference checks. We use Let Alliance to complete our due diligence, this protects both the Tenant and Landlord. We are not able to rent any property without satisfying all the relevant checks. There is a small fee to pay for on completing these checks.
Once all the relevant checks have been successfully completed, we will then reserve the property for you until the tenancy agreement has been signed. At this time we will ask you for an administration fee, for setting up the new tenancy agreement and any other associated paperwork. In addition we require a sum equal to one months rent which will be paid into the tenancy deposit scheme (Deposit Protection Scheme).
On the day you move in, one of the team will meet you at the property to ensure you are happy with it and handover the keys. It is on this day that your rent will be due and then every month thereafter.
