Once you have instructed Saxon Lettings to manage your property we will source the most suitable tenant. Feedback is provided to you on all prospective tenants who view your property. We will also undertake accompanied viewings when requested.

Tenancy Agreement

Saxon Lettings will produce a fully comprehensive tenancy agreement. A tenancy agreement is a legally binding contract between the Landlord and the Tenant, ensuring the rights of both the Landlord and the Tenant are protected.

The prospective Tenant will pay one months rent in advance. In addition to this a deposit is also required which is equal to one months rent. This will be deposited on behalf of the Tenant in the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), securing the funds for both the Tenant and the Landlord.


We would always advise Landlords to have a detailed inventory. At Saxon Lettings we compile the inventory and ensure that Tenants sign all pages of the inventory documents, accepting the conditions. As a Landlord this gives you piece of mind should damage occur at the end of the tenancy agreement.

Utility Companies

Saxon Lettings will inform the local council, water supplier, gas and electricity suppliers of any new Tenants.
